Precise Metal Products offers custom metal machining including CNC and manual machining capabilities. We have 4-axis CNC driven mills and lathes as well as experienced and knowledgeable machinists who are highly skilled in created precision machined parts. Machining capabilities include milling, drilling, boring, turning, deburring, grinding, knurling, and reaming. We also provide threading such as external thread cutting, internal thread cutting, tapping, and thread milling.
We specialize in producing complex machined components and finish machining weldments. Our vast in-house capabilities allow us to provide customers with a single source for their precision component and sub-assembly needs.
We can mill parts up to 32" x 25" x 18" and turn parts up to 23" in diameter and 18" long. We pride ourselves in our ability to meet close work tolerances of ±0.0001". Based on the geometry, material, and production volume, we can determine the optimal machining method to fit any application. We offer a range of material testing and inspection processes including dimensional inspection with our calibrated CMM equipment. We are ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100 certified and are experienced in serving customers in the demanding aerospace, military, commercial, and medical industries. The typical lead time on custom parts is 8 weeks, with an additional 4 - 8 weeks for tooling.
