Precise Metal Products offers contract assembly services including adhesive and honeycomb bonding. We install hardware, gaskets and insulation as well as assemble brackets, shrouds, enclosures, heat shields, ducts, and other complex assemblies for the aerospace, defense, commercial, and medical industries. Our experienced engineering and manufacturing staff works with our customers to determine an economical manufacturing solution to a variety of assembly and bonding applications.

We are AS9100 and ISO 9001:2008 certified and offer comprehensive testing services catered to our customer’s quality needs. Our inspection capabilities include CMM dimensional inspection and template comparison as well as gauge, raw material, visual, in-process, and final inspections. Our inspection equipment is calibrated in-house to ensure the highest degree of precision and reliability. Material testing capabilities include hardness, test report verification, coating thickness, adhesion, solvent-resistance, corrosion resistance (salt spray), wet tape, water break, and conductivity testing.

In addition to assembly, we provide a comprehensive array of metal fabrication and machining services in-house. Our design and manufacturing staff can work with files in a number of modeling and CAD drawing programs, and offer standard 8 week lead times.
